Amtrak F40PH Phase V Livery NPCU (side note-love these cab units. They're not just great for push-pull with the powered F40ph units with which they can pair. They're great for push-pull with any Amtrak TMCC equipped or Legacy loco(I assume conventional, too), which is great because the NPCU is typically in push-pull with a Genesis(now offered by Lionel in traditional size) and the Dash 8 which Lionel offered scale versions of in Phase III Pepsi Can and Phase IV liveries.
