CB&Q stock car plans

Gentlepeople,

Sometime during the late 1980s and early 1990s, Mainline Modeler magazine published plans for a CB&Q stock car. The sources for magazine content I've looked at either didn't list plans or were missing issues. Can anyone help me with finding the specific issue of MM that contained these plans? I know it was prior to October 1991.
