Ricky, let me suggest one more thing. A conventional reset. This is not the factory or feature reset. It cannot be done if there is a DCS signal on the tracks. If you can hook up a transformer direct to a track with no TIU, power up. Then ress whistle button on transformer once and bell 5 times, all at 1/2 second intervals. Timing is critical. When successful, loco should respond with 2 toots. If it fails, try it again--timing is VERY critical.
