Check Track / Engine not on Track

Having problem with one loop of layout. Everything was going fine until a couple of weeks ago after I added two stub tracks. Now on the loop that the stub tracks are on I get the Messages: "Engine not on track / Check Engine". The funny thing is that I get these messages as I use the DCS remote to start the engines up and I get them after I push a function button on the remote and the function I wanted still works. The track signal is 9-10 all the way around the loop. I also cannot start up any locomotives on the Loop with the DCS remote even thought when I turn track power on to the loop, the engines do not start up-telling me that they are in DCS mode. I have to start them on the outside loop then run them to the inside loop where I can command them with the remote, getting the messages I stated above.

Any Ideas?

Thanks in advance.
