There wasn't a lash up, I don't have one in the remote.

The other engine was a separate locomotive, which was found and moved to the active list. The rogue one was inactive but would not select or move out of the list to an active state.

I finally took it off that track and put it on a different track after deleting it from the remote and then it added after failing to add as a "new" locomotive.
