Well, that board is correct for the application, one reason I made them. Do you have the AC connected in the right polarity? Below is the back side of that PCB, note that it's labeled Whl and Rol for the AC connection. You MUST have those in the right polarity, Whl to the frame and Rol to the center track roller.
