“Classic Power” series books

Folks,

I’m trying to find a complete list of these soft cover books that were published decades ago. I have 1, 5, 6, 7, and 8.

Were there more than 8 in this series? Do you know what locomotives were featured in volumes 2, 3, and 4 ?
