The Cars are Green.

I think I have some of the Bug and Tar remover, and Goo-Gone.

I'll give a shot at a spot on the underside and see how it works. The only problem is I don't remember looking for the smudges on the bottom so that might not do anything but tell me if it will react with the paint badly.
