Reply to "Cloning different Rev TIUs"

If I leave the TIU which is in position #2 as such, and just add the new one as TIU #1, would I need to update them in the three remotes, which been running the existing TIU #1 and #2?

I picked up the Rev L to install to help the track signal and the other improvements like the USB port for updating, etc.

When the upper level goes in I plan to pick up a third Z4000 and use the now-surplus TIU as #3 to power those sections.

The process is described in detail on pages 118-119 of The DCS O Gauge Companion 2nd Edition.
