Ahh yes, oil by train vs pipeline. The recent Columbia pipeline snafu will lend a little credence to pipelines not being as perfect as some people say, there are others. CP should contest it on competition grounds and get trackage rights from Alberta/Manitoba/Saskatchewan over BNSF and UP to Mexico and the gulf coast.
