IMHO, it would behoove you to send the bridges back for a full refund. Based on what you've explained, I cannot see a scenario where you would need to ever use them.

Not sure who you ordered the 180W 6-37146 powermasters from, but I believe at least one of our Forum Sponsors (Mario's) is showing them in stock for $90.
