If I create my own molex connection wire for a 180 brick is there a wiring gauge restriction or recommendation. I am looking to run the brick to a TIU channel about 35 feet away. I would like 2 gauge but am told 16 is the largest based on the molex connector. For creation do I just solder the wire to pins and then enclose in the connector? Which size pins do I need?
