Hi, I see you haven't gotten alot of ideas so far. What are you using for a headlight? Bulb? What voltage? LED?

Is this a commercial board you are using? I have no experience with PFM sound. Is there a way to turn off or disconnect the sound to see if you still get the pulsing ?
