One of my friends while growing up was lucky enough to receive a display layout for Christmas one year. I remember "Lionel green" being very close to the green they painted the base of the #145 watchman accessory. I don't think it would be very much off from the scenery green. I remember they used the cream color as the accent on that particular layout.
