Creative Toy Train Track Plans - Source of the Cover Plan

I was walking in the local hobby shop a few weeks ago and the cover of the "book" Creative Toy Train Track Plans published by Classic Toy Trains caught my attention. I purchased the paperback "book" because I liked the look of this "U" shaped track plan that appears to have two loops and a turntable. Low and behold the plan is not included in the book. (Dealer had the book wrapped to prevent browsing.) Anywho... Is anybody familiar with this book and maybe knows the source of the cover plan? The book author is Neil Besougloff. Maybe the plan is in another of his writings? I have traced what I can from the cover but most of the right side of the loop is missing.
