So, you're saying that if I used a legitimate, enabled function of the forum I'd be in violation of above terms? Seems to me in that case the terms would be the one in violation!

Not my rules, but I can understand why this one exists. It keeps people from spamming every sub-forum with the same message while bumping the more interesting ones further down the page.
