Beautiful car!! SO REALISTIC!! Do the 2 rail replacement trucks have rotating bearing caps as the 3 rail trucks do?

I'm wondering why these cars couldn't be purchased with the modeler's choice of 2 or 3 rail trucks,like The Public Delivery Track does with their Atlas cars? It's $5 more,but that's a LOT better than paying for 3 rail trucks then buying 2 rail trucks and trying to sell the 3rail.
