Well, for starters, John said that he replaced wheelsets, not complete trucks. Secondly, Lionel does not offer these cars with a choice of 2 rail or 3 rail trucks, Atlas does with their rolling stock. It is generally difficult to offer what is not available. Something you should be familiar to you with your shelf coupler quest.
