There is indeed a North Cackalackey, just above South Cackalackey ... so it's a bit colder there in the winter. I've lived in Peoria, and if it'll play in Peoria, it'll play in the Cackalackey's too.
My favoritest hot sauce of all time is called Cackalacky (missing that last "e", which means either they spelled it incorrectly, or I did*, or it can be spelled either way). It's got some zing to it, and the Cheerwine flavored ones are pretty nice too.
