Cutting / trimming Scenic Express Pennsy walls

My first time out with Scenic Express "foam" - been wanting to use this stuff for years - I'm using their Pennsy walls / seam sealers / abutments

My question - what is your preferred method for cutting walls / seam sealers etc - also do you have a preferred glue that you use ???
