Joe, I'm new to this product as well, having just bought some in Springfield on Sunday. I asked them about glue, and they recommended adhesive caulking that is NOT solvent-based as it will destroy the foam.

As for cutting, I've had good luck cutting other foam products with my Fein Multimaster / oscillating tool with a fine-tooth blade attached. I haven't tried cutting the Scenic Express walls yet, but I don't see why it wouldn't work.
