CW-80 shorting out

I'm trying to set up a dealer-esque type of mobile layout. I'm trying to set up an automated milk car with an operating track section. Every time I press the unload button it shorts out the transformer. I tried wiring the operating track to the accessory port of the CW-80. Still shorts out.
