So after downloading iOS 14.6 beta 4, I managed to get the DCS app to work. the trick seemed to be to power up a DCS locomotive, switch wifi to the MTH wifi then add the engine. Not sure if having a live locomotive powered up somehow made the TIU visible?? confused
