Geore,

While I haven't seen this particular error before, it appears form the "?"'s on the first image that the engine isn't properly communicating either the fact that it's a P3 engine or that it has a 4 Meg sound file.

My suggestion is to first reload the engine's Chain File and then re-attempt to load the sound file.
