DCS Signal Strength Readings

Is there a meter than one could use to check DCS Signal Strength over a layout. Without having to run an engine and checking it with a Hand held DCS Controller.

I had in mind something not unlike my volt meter, that I can scan for voltage problems thru the wiring insulation.

I know if there is something out there one or several of you folks would know!.................Thanks............................Brandy!
