I bought DCS+ Cable TIU/TMCC + SER2 - How to connect all this now?

I don't have the DCS system yet, so do you guys think it's worth waiting for the new one or buying it on Ebay?
Will there be differences between them that is better to wait for the new?
I know the price on Ebay is very expensive so is it worth waiting for the new one?
