I encountered a 'No TIUs Found' error last night when the TIU lights were on. After pulling the screen down the TUIs were found but all of my engines were put into the inactive list.

A little frustrating.

I found the same problem happening. I was connected to my home wifi with everything running correctly. When I switched to another engine I got the 'No TIUs Found'. Needless to say I lost control of all the trains. It caused a crash. I could only correct the problem by restarting everything. I switched over to the MTH wifi signal and I am testing that right now.
