Dead LCT 390E

I have a 11-1062-1 P3, 390E from 2018. Bought it new. Tested Ok when it arrived, then put it on the shelf. Took it down last week and it is COMPLETELY dead. No lights, sound, nothing. Remote will not find it. Put it on a isolated track to avoid a DCS signal, still dead so no conventional operation either. I remover the collector and tried jumper wires directly to the frame and the brass contact tab, still nothing. I have unplugged all connectors to make sure they were seated good, still nothing. Any other suggestions before I look for a repair shop.
