Default sort "Your Published Post"

Rich when you use the Menu item Forums > Your Published posts" The default sort is oldest to newest. So to see things I posted last few days I need to click the date button to resort it. Is there a way to make is sort Newest to Oldest? I really don't care much about posts I made when the forum first opened, but would like to quickly see the more recent ones
