Reply to "Defective NEW TIU"

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. The TIU that I thought was defective works just fine. It's been 5-7 years since I last set up a TIU and I had forgotten the proper steps aka "Perishable Knowledge". For my setup, I went to the Track menu (per Chris and Barry's book) to name the two variable circuits and then to the DCS menu (which eluded me for awhile) and set each variable circuit to FIXED. I am going to make a note inside the cover of Barry's book to document this for future reference.
