Obviously, there would be a schematic. 
I could also actually put the component values right on the silkscreen of any production board, that's sometimes useful for hand built stuff. This is all thru-hole construction, there are no significant size restraints, and all the components are "full sized".
What would be slick is a nice little box for it so it was a "finished" unit.
As for the weather, we had great weather for quite a stretch, in the 80's, low humidity, no rain, etc. Now it's turning wet.
