FWIW, I checked the bell board I have, it's the S01 version. It has an opto isolating the serial data, so I resume that's standard. The opto just goes between the serial data and the serial return with a 150 ohm resistor in the circuit. Given that fact, it appears that you can use these with either an R4LC, RCDR, or the RCMC.
