A a collector of all things "Milwaukee Road", I started collecting tinplate Milwaukee Road trains to add to my collection of G, O, S, HO and N gauge Milwaukee Road trains.

Moving so many times in the military, made building a fixed layout impractical. However, when SGMA came along I finally had an alternative solution to building a stationary layout, i.e., build mobile SGMA modules! I now have built enough modules to erect a 28' X 20' Standard Gauge modular layout which I now have done on more than one occassion. Unfortunately, my advancing age is now the limiting factor.
