Pat's Trains also does special projects, including northeastern railroad locomotives. (I have a CNJ RS-1 on order with him that is one of his exclusives) Maybe inquire with him as to the feasibility of a future project?

Sure is a simple paint job, though ... I see that Microscale has decals for Lackawanna O scale hood units.
