Your knowledge and modeling of streetcars is exceptional and impressive. You are correct that the Williams/Bachmann model of Peter Witt Brooklyn #8454 is not exactly the same as the actual car, but I think it is quite close. As you indicate, the model appears to represent the prototype Baltimore Peter Witt car. I based my comment on several excellent pictures of Brooklyn #8454 in the book "New York City Trolleys In Color" by William D. Volkmer (Morning Sun Books). Thanks for straightening me out...
Irrespective of that, I am an O scale traction fan.
