I used to bicycle a lot, but arthritis, bad knee, and now back would keep me from it. My wife hasn't been able to ride a bike for 20 years probably. My daughter's in-laws are 18 and 21 years younger than me, and they have been taking advantage of biking while they are younger. Both have recurring back issues, in fact he just had an operation last week, so I think the longer trips are off for this year.
