Reply to "Do you think..."

I still agree with all of this. Personally myself the reason why me and my family are going because it is as we all say a big event because this is a once in a life time event that only happens ever 50 to 100 years. Would I like to see some train booths? Yes, because once the main stuff is over that I would like to do it would be nice to then look around at what available things there are. Also, yes I do understand that the 4014 and the transcon is the main event. Mainly why we are going is to see the 4014 because over the years growing up I always wanted to see the worlds biggest steam locomotive. Specifically speaking the 4014. Over all, why I mad this post was to yes get peoples opinion, but to also see if anyone would feel the same way. For my final thought, I would think it would be neat for the manufactures to be there because once everything is primarily over then they can then look around and some more fun. Which that is why the hobby is out there and why this event is even happening because we the people wanted to show the world what our ancestors did over a 150 years ago and to show it to the newer generation that is here with us. Finally, I hope that who all see this will be able to go and see a grate day in history. A day in which we see two giants of the rails come together which symbolizes the fact that it is possible to work together to create a spectacular spectacle.

P.S. I do care and want to see the 4014 most of all not just to go and buy trinkets.
