So I think that if anyone is operating "current-day" Conrail would just be hauling trains that use either CSX or NS power (including any leased locomotives by those two companies).
Comment: All "revenue" rolling stock would likely be repainted with either CSX or NS logos. Only MOW equipment would likely remain as CR equipment.
