That is a plug door. It rolls on a track, but when it gets to the doorway cam action forces it inward into the opening. The door has rubber seals all the way around it. To get a good air and water tight seal around the door a good deal of force can be required to cam the door in tight. The big wheel replaces the three foot piece of pipe most people dealing with these doors used.
