I have a green 3930 as well and agree that it runs great, or, in my case, did run great until something shorted out and started smoking! Now it won't go at all, of course!

I'm sure it won't be too hard to fix, but I haven't yet had a chance to tear it apart. Any advice from other owners on getting to the wiring in this loco? Have any of you disassembled one? Does it come apart like the originals?
