Thanks for that clarification Rich.  [Web Page, complete...] is the default Save Page option in Firefox, Chrome, and Edge.  I'm not sure about Safari.

I would also add that weblinks within the Topic in question would be saved using this method, but I don't think this way saves the information in the linked pages, ie. a video hosted on YouTube or information on another website (just the link to it).  There used to be a simple to use option with older versions of MS Explorer that would even copy linked info from other sites.

Apparently there is still a way to do this, but it involves some command line stuff.  Here's a link for anyone interested  Also looks like HTTrack Website Copier would do this, mentioned above by Mike.

If your not into the working with command line inputs, you could go to any linked content and make copies of that too.
