E-Ten DPDT Ctr Off Switches

Hi:

Anyone know if these switches offered on e-bay from Taipei are of decent quality? They are rated at 15A and sell for around $1.00 each. Too good to be true? I find regular size 15A switches of quality are very expensive and I need a pile of them.
