I think it's great that Bachmann is helping out the Eastern Division by publicizing the York train meet. I think their message and its timing is good.

It is a big deal because I'd guess there are plenty of people on Bachmann's mailing list who are not TCA members, and do not participate here.
It's called free publicity for the show.
