Empire Builder West Bound 10/2 to 10/4/22 Updated Photos!

My wife are thinking about taking the Chicago to Seattle Empire Builder on Amtrak next summer. Plan to get a bedroom sleeper. Who’s been on this trip? Pros? Cons? How was the food? Was it scenic? Thanks for any input.
