Ed, can you just put the power supply in the building? Thats how I did all of mine.

Also you can make an enclosure in just a few minutes using styrene sheet. Get some 1/32" thick sheet. Score, snap, glue the sides together.

I made this for a casting mold but the same could be done for a circuit card with more care.
