The enclosure I built is made from basswood pieces cut and glued then spray painted with flat black.

I drilled holes in the sides for ventilation.

This installation method worked for me on this particular installation as I could not otherwise mount the sign on the top of the building.

Good luck with your installation(s) as these signs are really great and enhance our train layouts.
