6-38855 - Great Northern GP-35 Legacy Diesel '2519'

Before resetting the Legacy Base, I set the engine's ID as '19' and everything worked OK. Restoring the engine ID to the original '25' (originally part of the cleared lashup) returned the engine to a no motion state.
