Toward the end of this install manual, there are instruction about EOB adjustments.

EOB installation. Click on the underlined phrase. Information was saved in OGR forum archives. The unusual characteristic of non-linear, (exponential), acceleration usually took awhile to get use to. In a world of quickly changing electronics, this is 25 year old technology. IMO. Basic requirement was a flywheel tach- strip, sensor, part of the upgrade kits at the time.
