That's the ERR Cruise Commander Lite, it's no longer made.

Do you run TMCC? If you just run conventional, I can fix you up with a conventional reverse unit.

AAMOF, I'd like to swap you for that dead board, I can probably fix it, and since I can't get those anymore, it would be nice to have another one.
