John, you hit the nail on the head! Fine motor skills! I have a diorama I built of the Boyce Homestead my sister and I just sold in 2019. Four buildings and grounds, in N scale!! I finished it 30 years ago. Now I look at it, and am amazed I was able to do such a nice job!
